All orders received during business hours 9am to 5pm between Monday to Friday are processed for shipment within 24 hours. Most metropolitan deliveries will arrive next day when the order is received prior to midday AEST, on business days. For regional deliveries please allow an extra 3-4 business days.

Most deliveries outside of Australia will arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of shipment confirmation.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@sagasworld.com

During sale periods we will endeavour to commit to our normal delivery times, however some deliveries may take 1-2 days longer.

In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. Once your tracking number if supplied you can track the progress via Australia Post here.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or another address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO box or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of the good(s).
The estimate of shipping is provided in Australian Dollars.

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made are in AUD currency. GST is added to the order total for all shipments within Australia.

For orders to countries outside of Australia, you may be required to pay additional duties and taxes separately on the arrival of your order in your country.

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;

1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and

2. Duties charged for processing by your country.
Note the final recommended retail price may vary depending on the delivery country.

Items we exchange will be re-sent at the cost of Sagas. Return postage costs are not refundable. Sagas do not refund prepaid tax and duties should you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please contact your local custom office to obtain your tax refund.

Stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at hello@sagasworld.com to ensure adjustments can be applied.

If your order has already been processed, Sagas accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Sagas reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

Sale only includes select styles and excludes all new season collections. Sale prices are valid in Australian stores only and online within Australia, New Zealand, Oceania and Asia. Sagas online does not offer sale price adjustments or any form of price matching.

The above policy only applies to the sagas Online Store.

Sagas stores are unable to accept returns on sale items.

You may return or exchange (where available) your Sagas Online Store purchase including sale items, for any reason unless otherwise specified, either by returning it to a Sagas Store or by sending it back to the Sagas Online Store, subject to adherence to the following terms.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, opened, used, altered or washed. All tags and original packaging must remain in place. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.

Swimwear and Lingerie
For all swimwear and lingerie, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

Shoes
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Please ensure shoes are returned with original shoebox.

Jewellery
All purchase on earrings are final sale. We will not accept returned earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Stationary
All stationary items must remain in their original packaging and original condition. Please ensure they are returned in original condition.

Homeware
All homeware items including candles must remain in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure they are returned in original condition.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers are valid for use online and in Sagas stores nationally.

The above policy only applies to the Sagas Online Store. Purchases made in Sagas stores cannot be returned to the Online Store. For purchases made in Sagas Stores, no refunds unless required by law. Returns other than for faulty items must be made within 7 days for either credit note or exchange, with proof of purchase. Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty or required by law.

Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. Sagas is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

You may return or exchange (where available) your Sagas Online Store purchase, including sale items, to a Sagas Store. All in store returns will be subject to adherence of the Online Store returns policy.

To return your purchase please take the item you wish to return or exchange to a Sagas Store at your convenience. Head Office, and Work Club Concessions are excluded. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
